Martin has over 30 years experience of working within the construction industry, both within the public and private sectors. The FE sector is very different to any other kind of education, from the way it is funded through to the diversity of the students who use the facilities. Martin's strength is his ability to get projects ready and at the front of the queue to take advantage of the limited funding available in this sector.

Nathan Swift

Nathan has been involved in a wide range of projects across the company portfolio. Today one of his primary focuses is in the Sport & Leisure sector working with; Local Authorities, Funding Partners, Leisure Consultants, Operators and Contractors on projects ranging from £50k refurbishments through to £40m plus new builds.

Andy Critoph

Through his time working on numerous Education projects, Andy has developed an understanding of the processes involved developing and delivering projects to meet the Local Authorities and School’s expectations.

Brett Hargrove

Brett has over 10 years’ architectural experience working across a wide range of sectors to include, Leisure, Education, Private Residential and Retirement / Assisted living. Brett sits within the Leisure team delivering high quality projects for a range of clients and end users. In addition to team management and project work Brett heads up the BIM working group in the office.

Marta Petchamé

Marta is a key component of SBA heading up the Exeter team with strong design, technical and project management skills. She has experience across most sectors, including Residential, Student Accommodation, Specialist Schools, Offices, Research Centres, Visitor Centres, Leisure Centres and Pools.
