Office of Post-doctoral Affairs – This £1.3M+ facility forms a focal point of the world-leading living & working facility on the University of Cambridge’s new ‘Eddington’ development. It offers a flexible working environment alongside a versatile social, learning and conference facility including a 220 seat lecture theatre.
The Mill - £400k high quality, sustainable fit out of Brookgate’s offices in the iconic Spiller’s Mill building at the heart of CB1 combining an office and showroom. Works included the addition of a 55m2 mezzanine with glazed frontage to retain the open feel, volume and character of the space whilst providing the acoustic separation necessary for confidential meetings.
ARU New Science Building - The new £25m ‘Science Centre’ brings together teaching spaces with staff and lecture facilities including a 200 place ‘Super-laboratory’. This new way of teaching allows multiple disciplines to be taught in conjunction with each other.
University of Cambridge Greenwich House – Relocation of 500 staff from 8 different departments involving of a full refurbishment, a new mezzanine floor, a new entrance lobby and link building. The works were successfully value engineered from £7m to £5m (FF&E value engineered from £700k to £365k) without compromising quality.
Sapphire Ice & Leisure Centre – £30m New build facility in Romford for London Borough of Havering. The scheme included a regional short course swimming pool, learner pool (with moving floor), fitness suite and national ice rink.
