SBA was appointed by Essex Housing to redevelop the former Shernbroke Hostel site, transforming it into a residential complex featuring 26 purpose-built units.

This project includes designated parking, enhanced vehicle access and both hard and soft landscaping, effectively revitalising a previously disused facility and dilapidated structures. The new development features specialist living accommodation and offers a diverse mix of tenures through two separate blocks of flats, consisting of one and two-bedroom units.
