Demolition of existing Sheltered Housing scheme and construction of a new Extra Care scheme incorporating 42no 1 & 2 bedroom apartments available as either Affordable Rent or Shared Ownership. The scheme also included communal facilities, staff spaces, residents gardens and associated parking. SBA Interiors team were appointed to undertake the furniture and finishes design for the scheme.
