SBA are pleased to announce we have recently secured Resolution to Grant Planning Approval for a new 62 apartment Extra Care scheme and 10 Bungalows located in Welton, Lincs for LACE Housing Ltd.
100% of units within the new development will be available as affordable tenure, with a mix of typologies available to appeal to a wide spread of potential residents in the local community.
The apartment building will act as the hub for the development and will contain an Entrance Foyer, Residents Dining Area, Residents Lounge, Office Space, Medical/Consultation Room, Scooter Stores, Assisted Bathing Suites and Guest Suites. The Extra Care scheme is positioned within a new housing development which will provide new high-quality public spaces and pedestrian links through the site.
The project is due to start on site early Spring 2023 and we look forward to sharing the project throughout its stages of development.
