We are delighted to share that Diamond Place, the extra care housing scheme in Welton has been awarded Residential Development of the Year at the 2025 Greater Lincolnshire Construction and Property Awards!
Working with RG Carter and Lace Housing, it was an absolute pleasure to be a part of this project that will bring specialist support to the community. The three storey assisted living scheme offers 62 apartments and 10 bungalows.
