Back in 2020 we were appointed alongside Enterprise Property Group to design the Poppy Field, Steeple Bumpstead development.
This is a beautiful landmark residential development that helps redefine village life with a carefully chosen mix of house types and styles that complement the local vernacular and the surrounding countryside. The development has a family-orientated layout that includes a mix of semi-detached and detached houses, we drew inspiration from existing local buildings to create a development that stands the test of time. Not only does the site provide a haven for biodiversity, but its carefully designed landscaped areas and generous green open space also enhances the landscape setting and provides a transition to the countryside.
