We are delighted to be a part of the journey of completing seeing Welton - Extra Care Scheme – come to fruition. We are so pleased to see the project beginning to take shape of the designs and we can’t wait to share more of its progress as it evolves. The development will provide homes for those over the age of 55 consisting of 62 affordable apartments and 10 bungalows, as well as a communal lounge and dining facility, mobility scooter store and secured landscaped gardens. The development also includes 10 bungalows.
