- Ben Richardson becomes a Director. With over 20 years’ experience working across numerous sectors Ben has developed an expertise within all forms of residential design. His broad range of projects has defined his role with a Client focussed approach dedicated to delivering complex, large scale projects. He has been key to the continued expansion of SBA Living, assisting with growing and developing the experience within the team.
- Marta Petchame becomes an Associate Director. Since joining us in 2022, Marta has been a key component of heading up our Exeter office with strong design, technical and project management skills. She has experience across a variety of sectors, including Residential, Education, Commercial, Research and Science, Leisure and Community projects.
- Iona Campbell joined SBA this year as an Associate Director. She is a specialist in sustainable and low-energy architecture and the delivery of Passive House. Over the past 16 years, she has worked across Education, Higher Education, Science, Healthcare, Public Realm, and Residential sectors. She has also carried out a body of research devising a net zero energy building model for the UK and will continue to develop this within her work for SBA.
