Spalding Extra Care has officially received Outline Planning Approval!
This 62-unit Extra care scheme would be constructed on the site of the existing swimming pool; due to be demolished as part of the wider development plans for the new Well Being Hub. The new EC scheme would provide much needed support for the community. The scheme includes a mix of typologies to appeal to a wider spread of potential residents in the local area.
