SBA are thrilled to announce Planning approval has been granted for a Retirement Living Development comprising of six flats in Swavesey, Cambridgeshire for The Gospel Standard Bethesda Fund.
The project has been carefully designed to both provide an appropriate living environment for the elderly, maintain neighbouring amenity, and provide a building in keeping with the form, character, scale and appearance of the street scene and village.
The project is due to start on site later this year and we look forward to sharing the project throughout its stages of development.
