"It was truly inspiring to see the dedication manufacturers are putting in to sustainable product development at CDW this year, coupled with a delightful touch of creativity! There are great innovations in demountability, recycled and biodegradable materials and simple, clever design features that allow easy reconfiguration or repurposing of the products.
Some highlights include:
- The Modus Maluma chair deconstruction workshop, which not only boasts beauty and comfort but also stands out for its recyclable component parts.
- The exquisite craftsmanship of Ro Collection's Salon chair
- The playful and inventive furniture designs by NowyStyl, complemented by the most delectable donuts!
- The sensory delight offered by Luum Fabrics.
Sometimes innovations which lie beneath the surface have the greatest environmental impact, particularly in products which are specified in huge quantities such as flooring and task chairs – these are too numerous to mention and that is a very exciting sign!"
