Thank you to all of our guests and to the team at Cambridge Cookery School for a fantastic afternoon of pure fun and indulgence making exquisite, unique chocolates.
The workshop commenced with a tasting session to fine tune our taste buds prior to unleashing our creative expression, filling cases and making truffles with fillings such as white chocolate, salted caramel and dark chocolate and raspberry ganache; adding freeze dried strawberries, raspberries, hazelnuts and rose petals. The result was an impressive array of chocolates, showcasing everyone’s creativity- from traditional hot cross buns to imaginative eyeballs and stunning edible jewels.
